Serving northern Michigan since 1998, Jeff Grantham, owner, has made dozens of projects successful and pleasurable to the homeowners. Pre-build design planning, scheduling and quality assurance that goes into every project ensures an outcome that pleases even the most discriminating customer. Our projects range from bath remodels, kitchen facelifts, garage with guest quarters above, garages, garages converted to guest houses, whole house exterior makeovers and of course, new construction of 1500sf starter homes to 14,000sf estates.
We are Northen Michigan's only Graduate Master Builder (GMB), a designation bestowed by the National Association of Home Builders.
In addition, we are also Certified Graduate Remodelors, (CGR), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Green Building Professional (CGP). The designations emphasize the dedication to professionalism that we bring to the planning table and project site to create your vision, whether big or small.
